How It Works
We offer discounts and discounted product bundles along with free gifts and testers as often as possible. Also we do not use unnecessary plastics or shipping material and always try to keep shipping costs as low as we can for you so we offer these options:

Hawaiian Islands- We offer $5 interisland shipping and FREE shipping on all orders on orders over $75.

Continental United States- We offer $15 shipping on orders under lbs and FREE shipping on orders over $150. Orders over 5 lbs will be priced for the weight of that order but we will always use the most affordable option.
​
International- Shipping costs will be dependant on the weight of the order and where you are located but we will use the most affordable options we can find for you!
Our Return Policy
The Small Print
We do not accept returns on used products unless they are damaged or a batch has had an issue, however, we create our products in extremely sanitary environments and do extensive testing before every batch is considered ready to be circulated. If you are on Maui and have fresh, unused, unopened products with proof of purchase then we will accept exchanges in our store Upcountry. If the product was sold over 6 months ago then we are unable to grant the exchange.

Even though we use very gentle ingredients, skin sensitivities can change often so if you are trying a new product, it is always recommended to do a patch test before applying it to your skin to ensure that you won't get an undesired reaction.

Our Policy
Our products are best used for up to a year after being sold unless specified and should always be stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight when possible. Our body and cleaning bars need to be stored on a raised soap dish in a well ventilated between uses and should never be left in standing water to ensure they don't disintegrate. All products that are made without water and not made to be used with water do not contain unnecessary preservatives so do not touch the product directly with wet hands and it is suggested to wash and dry hands before accessing products that are in jars to keep out bacteria. All products have a detailed description, ingredients list and directions on how to use and store properly so please check our product pages for any updates.
